Boubyan Business School
Boubyan Business School consists of five schools that aim to develop our employees’ skills and help them advance. Each school will focus on onboarding new staff and active staff to develop their skills as they promote their careers in the bank and find better job opportunities.
School of Management & Leadership
The School of Management & Leadership will consist of three distinct academies that reflect the levels of seniority across the bank. The school aims to nurture potential talent in order to move upwards in their banking career by equipping them with the proper tools provided by highly qualified mentors. The school includes High Potential Academy, Future Leaders Academy, and Leaders Academy
School of Consumer Banking
One of the most vital components of the banking experience is employee-customer interactions. That touch point must ensure that our existing and potential customers are to be treated in the most exceptional way possible. Therefore, the School of Consumer Banking was built to focus on these crucial objectives, and will consist of three academies, which are: Branch Banking Academy, Call Center Academy, and Central Sales Academy.
School of Technology
Boubyan Bank strives to offer the best digital courses, which is why a partnership with PEGA and a certification provided by the Young Professional Program will enhance the link between individual development and the technological advancements in the banking sector. The School of Technology consists of three distinct academies, which are: the Digital Academy, Information Technology Academy, and Data Management Academy
School of Technical Banking
The three main groups within the bank are corporate, risk, and the banking operations group — and what better way to deepen the knowledge of these fields than to create academies that reflect those diverse aspects. The School of Technical Banking aims to develop the skills of existing and new staff to advance in their banking career through: the Credit Academy, Trade Finance Academy, and Risk Academy
School of Wealth Management
In cooperation with Euromoney, Boubyan Bank has launched the School of Wealth Management that aims to teach employees in Private Banking how to deal with the investment needs of the affluent clients. The academy will be split into phases that have already been implemented since 2019
