Boubyan Business School consists of five schools that aim to develop our employees’ skills and help them advance. Each school will focus on onboarding new staff and active staff to develop their skills as they promote their careers in the bank and find better job opportunities.

One of the most vital components of the banking experience is employee-customer interactions. That touch point must ensure that our existing and potential customers are to be treated in the most exceptional way possible. Therefore, the School of Consumer Banking was built to focus on these crucial objectives, and will consist of three academies, which are: Branch Banking Academy, Call Center Academy, and Central Sales Academy.

The three main groups within the bank are corporate, risk, and the banking operations group — and what better way to deepen the knowledge of these fields than to create academies that reflect those diverse aspects. The School of Technical Banking aims to develop the skills of existing and new staff to advance in their banking career through: the Credit Academy, Trade Finance Academy, and Risk Academy
