Use your Civil ID to deposit a cheque

A first of its kind service in Kuwait that allows cheque deposits to Boubyan’s customers accounts using Civil ID. This service allows Boubyan customers and non-customers to complete the Cheque-deposit transaction to Boubyan Bank’s customers accounts 24/7 at all Boubyan ATM’s & Boubyan Direct by using their Civil ID card. This service is available 24/7 without any fee.

Civil ID Cheque Deposit Steps

1. The depositor selects “Civil ID cheque Deposit Service” from Boubyan Cardless menu without using their Debit card
2. The customer will be prompted to insert his Civil ID, then enter the beneficiary's account number
3. The first name of the account holder will be displayed; the depositor should confirm the name to avoid mistakes
4. The customer will make the cheque deposit to Boubyan Bank’s beneficiary account
5. Copy of the deposited cheque will be printed by the ATM to the depositor as reference

Terms and Conditions

• Have a civil ID present
• Obtain Boubyan’s customer account number
• Maximum of 15 cheques can be deposited in a single transaction
• Depositing Cheques can be made to a Boubyan customer only
