The new service allows customers to change the PIN code of any of their debit, credit, and prepaid cards through the Boubyan App and online banking without visiting the branch or the ATM machine.

Service Features:

• Customers can change the PIN code for debit, credit, and prepaid cards.
• Customers can change the PIN code for active cards only.
• Once the PIN code is changed through the Boubyan App or online banking, the customer will be able to use the new PIN code immediately.
