Al-Mutairi: A Unique Partnership with Boubyan Bank   

Boubyan Bank has concluded a partnership with Kuwait Airways for Boubyan Rewards program and Oasis Club. The agreement provides the bank’s customers with many benefits when they use any of their Boubyan Bank’s credit cards, and redeem their reward points as air miles from Kuwait Airways.

In this regard, Boubyan Bank’s Deputy CEO, Abdulla Al-Tuwaijri, stated: “We are pleased to have Kuwait Airways, being the national and official carrier of the state of Kuwait as this is a very significant addition to our customers, especially with the important developments that have been recently witnessed by the state of Kuwait which have placed it in a special status.” 

“Adding Kuwait Airways to Boubyan Rewards Program coincides with its celebration of its 65th anniversary. This is makes the signature of this agreement a special occasion, let alone the various benefits our customers will enjoy whether from those offered by Kuwait Airways or Boubyan Rewards.”, he added. 

Al-Tuwaijri went on to add: “We take pride in any development made by a national establishment or company, and this brings to our minds the achievements of Kuwait Airways which has always been one of the most prominent economic icons of Kuwait, and a symbol of its growth and progress.”

Al-Tuwaijri confirmed that the near future would witness more cooperation with Kuwait Airways to develop a partnership between both parties, which will reflect positively on the services provided to the bank’s customers in line with our current slogan: “Boubyan is more than a bank, it’s a lifestyle.

“Boubyan Rewards is an example of this slogan as we have been the first bank in Kuwait to reward its customers in a new and innovative way through the cashback offer upon using credit cards, the very offer which has developed over time to become what it is now.”, he added.

On his part, Mr. Meshal Al-Mutairi, Head of Premium Customers Department at Kuwait Airways, stated: “Kuwait Airways is pleased to enter into such a partnership with Boubyan Bank, which gives Boubyan customers new options upon spending the cashback they redeem from using Boubyan credit cards inside or outside Kuwait as they redeem their points from Boubyan Rewards in the form of air miles from Kuwait Airways. With the conclusion of this agreement, Boubyan Bank’s cardholders can redeem their reward points in the form of air miles from Kuwait Airways.

Now customers of the bank may enjoy these benefits as Boubyan Rewards offers customers reward points up to KD 250 in value per month for all banking transactions made using Boubyan credit cards inside and outside the state of Kuwait. Customers may redeem points in cash amounts (auto or manual cashback), air miles or hotel points. The program is available on Boubyan mobile banking App and Msa3ed Service. All Boubyan credit cardholders are automatically registered to Boubyan Rewards.
