The cardless withdrawal service allows the customer, or a beneficiary of his choice, to withdraw money without using the debit card.

With Cardless Withdrawal, you simply have to access your account on Boubyan App or Online Banking, choose the amount and enter a 4-digit code for the transaction.

You can then cash the money from any Boubyan ATMs without using your card by entering the 4-digit code you chose for the transaction and the 6-digit code you will receive via SMS into any Boubyan ATM. You can also send both codes to any person of your choice and they will be able to make the withdrawal.

Unique Instant Card Issuance Service

Get convenience of instantly issuing a New Debit Card directly from Boubyan ATMs and Boubyan Direct Machines without having to wait to visit a branch.

You can now request to issue a new debit card, renew your existing debit card, or get a replacement debit card if your debit card is lost directly from Boubyan ATMs and Boubyan Direct machines. We have 42 machines that supports card issuance service all over Kuwait.

Steps for getting the new Debit Card through the ATM or Boubyan Direct Machine:

• Submit a request for a new card through the Boubyan App, Online Banking, or by calling us at 1820082
• You will receive an SMS containing a One-Time-Password (OTP).
• Visit any of the Boubyan ATMs or Boubyan Direct machines that support this service
• Enter the OTP sent through the SMS and your new card will be dispensed within 2 minutes.

PIN code change for cards is a new service accessible on online banking and the Boubyan App that is available for both iOS and Android devices.

The new service allows customers to change the PIN code of any of their debit, credit, and prepaid cards through the Boubyan App and online banking without visiting the branch or the ATM machine.

Service Features:

• Customers can change the PIN code for debit, credit, and prepaid cards.
• Customers can change the PIN code for active cards only.
• Once the PIN code is changed through the Boubyan App or online banking, the customer will be able to use the new PIN code immediately.

You, or any person of your choice, can withdraw cash from Boubyan Bank ATMs using only your smart Civil ID.

To use this service, you can access your account on Boubyan App or Online Banking, choose the amount you wish to withdraw and enter the Civil ID number of the person who will withdraw the money, which could be yourself or anyone else. You will receive an SMS with a One-Time Password (OTP).

Insert the Civil ID into any Boubyan ATM and enter the OTP received via SMS and the amount will be dispensed.

• Withdraw money even if the Debit Card is lost or forgotten.
• Enable anyone with a Civil ID to withdraw money by using their Civil ID and the OTP you received via SMS.
• Allow people who do not have a bank account or Debit Card, such as young children and domestic workers to withdraw cash using the Civil ID.

• Only a valid smart Civil ID updated with the bank’s system can be used for cash withdrawal from Boubyan ATMs.

Civil ID Deposit Service

For the first time in Kuwait, you can use your Civil ID to deposit cash easily through Boubyan ATMs to any Boubyan customer account.

• The service is available 24/7 and during public holidays. 
• This service is accessible for customers and non-customers at all Boubyan branches ATMs.
