In light of the ongoing circumstances in Kuwait and the world due to the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic, which changed our daily lives in many ways, and as we resume our business once again to serve our customers, we place your health and safety as always on the top of our priorities.

Accordingly, we would like you to review some of the precautionary measures and instructions; please read them carefully, and ensure to follow them in case you visit any of our branches or departments in order to safeguard our public health and to help our health authorities limit the spread of this virus.

These instructions are based on the recommendations of WHO and many international institutions active in the health industry along with many instructions and measures advised by the health authorities and government bodies in the state of Kuwait.

These instructions are for our customers and for anyone who will visit our bank in the upcoming period, and they are in line with other protocols that will apply to our employees as well to ensure the safety of everybody.

Last but not least, we urge everyone to abide by these instructions which ultimately aim at achieving a high level of security and safety, and to keep you healthy should you like to make any transactions at any of the bank’s various branches and departments.

We would like to reiterate that most of our services are available on our various digital channels, so, please limit your visit to our branches to the transactions that really need face-to-face interaction with one of our employees.
