Avenues and Eqaila Branches now operates on Saturdays

As a part of Boubyan Bank’s constant search to provide the highest level of services to customers, Egaila and the Avenues’ branches will open their doors for customers during Saturdays in addition to other weekdays. The Avenues’ branch will welcome customers throughout the week from Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm while operating throughout the morning shift only on Saturdays.

Egaila branch will be receiving customers during the weekdays from Sunday to Wednesday in two shifts, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:00, while operating throughout the morning shift only on Thursdays. On Saturday, the branch will be welcoming customers from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the morning shift, and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the evening shift.

Customer Service 

Bashar Mohamed Al-Doub, AGM, Boubyan Bank, stated: “This step comes in response to the suggestions of our customers, especially that those two branches are located in the biggest two malls in Kuwait which are highly frequented by visitors during weekends.” 
He added: “Boubyan Bank always places customer services at the top of its priorities. The surveys made by our various departments are always taken seriously, then moved to the implementation phase.”

Al-Doub went on to add: “Development of the services of other Boubyan Bank branches, now 43 branches across various areas of Kuwait, meet the highest standards of digital services via the internet, mobile banking and Boubyan Directs ITMs distributed to 33 locations in Kuwait.”
