Boubyan New employee Induction program

Boubyan Bank’s Itqan Academy has launched its Branch Banking Group Induction Program that aims at equipping newly hired staff with all the knowledge they need to fulfill their duties to the best of their abilities at the bank’s branches. In the induction program, the new staff learn about various departments of the bank along with the job duties of each department. This is achieved by attending different training sessions with trainers from across the bank. The main objective of the training is to ensure that they acquire the necessary knowledge of the various products the bank offers to its customers, and the confidence and knowledge necessary to ensure that they serve Boubyan Bank’s esteemed customers as per the highest professional service levels.

This training emanates from Boubyan Bank’s belief that once you hire the right caliber of staff and train them adequately, they will go on to have successful careers in the banking industry and showcase the true potential of the Kuwaiti youth in the private sector. The program also targets Kuwaiti nationals and this comes in line with the bank’s strategy, namely to hire, train, and retain competent national talents.

Commenting on the recently received Award for the Replacement and Nationalization of Manpower awarded to Boubyan Bank in the Sultanate of Oman, which highlights the Bank’s impressive Kuwaitization rate being the highest in the banking sector in Kuwait, Mr. Adel Al-Hammad, General Manager - Human Resource Group, stated: “At Boubyan, we believe in the talent and the energy of the youth which is why we constantly and consistently encourage their development within the bank across its different groups. Also, we are looking forward for hiring more competent national cadres in the upcoming period.”
