The new 6.12 Boubyan App update

The 6.12 App update adds new features and enhancements designed for a more user-friendly, smart and practical App experience.  

• Activate renewed credit cards: immediately in a few easy steps through Boubyan App instead of calling the Call Center.
• Log in without username: If you forgot your username, you can sign in into the App by entering your account number, your debit card PIN, and the last 2 digits of your civil ID. 
• Branch appointments: are now easily accessible from the side menu.
