2. After approving my recruitment, the next steps and documents required (health checks, certificates, educational degrees, etc.) were clearly explained to me
3. I was informed of my joining date ten days after completing the health check
4. My employee ID card, insurance package, and contract copy were all provided on the day I joined Boubyan
5. I was reminded by the Recruitment team of my joining date and place one day before my joining date
6. My workspace was ready the day I arrived (desk, computer, telephone, user and system accesses, etc.)
7. My manager met with me on the day I joined and introduced me to my colleagues
