Your Health and Safety is our Priority

At Boubyan Bank, the health and safety of our clients and employees remain our priority. Therefore, we have also stepped up our precautionary measures in line with the latest Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.

As we are facing the unprecedented situation due to COVID-19 in Kuwait, Boubyan Bank would like to assure you that we are closely monitoring events and trying our best to help our loyal customers like yourself manage their financial needs efficiently.

I would like to inform you that you can manage your everyday banking needs through our digital channels, like the Boubyan Mobile App, from the safety of your home. If you need to make financial transactions such as making local or international money transfers, using Western Union to send money, or paying utility bills, our digital channels are available for your needs. If you are not already enrolled, I encourage you to consider doing so now to give yourself as much flexibility as possible. Download App

Boubyan Bank supports the Kuwaiti government’s call to stay home where your banking needs are at the touch of a button. However, in case there is an emergency and you have no option but to visit the branch, we have some select branches open that are operating from 9am till 12pm (Sunday to Thursday). These include Ahmadi, Adan, Khaitan, Hateen, Al Qasr, Derwaza, Qurtoba, Mangaf, and Al Andalus branches.

Be assured that all Boubyan Bank branches are cleaned and sanitized daily as part of normal business operations. In response to COVID-19, we’ve increased the frequency and extent of cleanings, and are making sure all branches and offices have ample sanitizing supplies available.

Additionally, our Call Center, your digital assistant Msa3ed, WhatsApp Banking, Boubyan Direct ITM’s and ATM’s are available 24/7 to assist you and offer quick access to many banking services.

Should you be impacted by COVID-19 and need our support, we’re here to help. Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 based on the directive of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), Boubyan will take the following actions for the next 3 months:

Delaying the collection of due payment on affected business customers without any penalty
No fees on POS, Payment Gateway, e-pay services as well as waiving the fees for using other banks ATMs
